LEAD ENCAPSULATION - CASE HISTORY  -- 12 Story Los Angeles Building
	Ace Coating Company has been a leader in developing non-toxic, environmentally safe coatings for roofs, exterior walls, waterproofing, drive-on surfaces, deck coatings and lead and asbestos encapsulators. This 12 story building was flaking layers of toxic lead-based paint. It needed to be encapsulated with a coating that would seal to withstand expansion and contraction of the building walls due to temperature changes and building movements.
